CRUSHING

UMKI 's Barmac crusher (capacity: 1.25 inch at 50TPH) can process a wide range of mineral products, from ~2" down to ~100-mesh.

If it's size reduction you are looking for, UMKI can crush and screen your mineral product to your specifications, using our stringent quality control procedures.

DRYING

UMKI's 7' x 35' large rotary dryer has a 12 million BTU natural gas burner and can dry to "0" moisture at 50 TPH. After drying your material, we can go on to screen and package it. We can service large volumes of a variety of materials at reasonable prices!

Powerscreen screening equipment is designed to take raw feed and reduce it to usable aggregate sizes. Having a mobile screen allows UMKI to process your raw materials into finished aggregate quickly and efficiently.

BLENDING

UMKI is an authorized blender of BLASTOX® for surface preparation jobs involving lead-based coatings.

Blastox® is a patented, granular, calcium-silicate based abrasive blasting additive used to stabilize lead in various industrial paints. By stabilizing the spent abrasive waste, Blastox® allows the waste to be classified as non-hazardous so that it can be disposed of in a subtitle D landfill at a significant savings. It is available pre-blended with most abrasive media.

Blastox® does not require mixing, metering or additional application steps at the job site. As a result, this One Step Lead Abatement technology eliminates additional labor costs that other techniques require.
